Subscription Update Planning■For enterprises with a large number of CA Enterprise Log Manager servers orwhere the CA Enterprise Log Manager servers are widely dispersed, werecommend you configure a list of subscription proxies for each subscriptionclient. When a proxy list is configured, each client contacts members of aproxy list, one at a time, and only if not successful contacts the defaultsubscription proxy.Example: Subscription Configuration with Six ServersWhen you approach subscription configuration, consider the other roles theservers are performing before deciding on their subscription role. By default, themanagement server, the first server you install, is the default subscription proxy.All other servers are subscription clients of the default subscription proxy. Whileacceptable, it is better to configure an online subscription proxy and have thedefault proxy act as a failover or redundant proxy.
