Installation TroubleshootingImport Parsing Token FilesSymptom:During installation, the <strong>CA</strong> EEM server did not successfully import the parsingtoken files. You cannot use out-of-the-box parsing tokens in the Message ParsingWizard without these files.The shell script mentioned in the procedure that follows is automatically copiedto the named directory during installation.Solution:Import the parsing token files manually.To import parsing token files1. Access a command prompt on the <strong>CA</strong> <strong>Enterprise</strong> <strong>Log</strong> <strong>Manager</strong> server.2. <strong>Log</strong> in with the caelmadmin account credentials.3. Switch users to the root user with the following command:su -4. Navigate to the directory, /opt/<strong>CA</strong>/<strong>Log</strong><strong>Manager</strong>/EEM/content.5.
