Scheithauer-Gross den Wettbewerb<br />

Jury resolution on an architects’ competition settled in<br />
respect of the new construction project<br />
of the tropical institute’s extension. Out<br />
of a total of 65 competitors, 8 highly<br />
qualified teams composed of interdisciplinary<br />
groups of experts in the fields of<br />
architecture, building techniques, laboratory<br />
equipment and statics, entered a<br />
second round of competition. Winner<br />
was a team of the architectural office<br />
Kister – Scheithauer-Gross in Cologne.<br />
