Using this Charm, the Solar lays her handupon the body of a mortal — any human with anEssence rating of 1 — and begins to concentrate.As she does so, her anima begins to flare at the 16+mote level, and the light it produces begins to flowalong her arm, into the target. As it does so, themortal’s blood begins to glow with an increasinglybright Solar light, shining out through his skin.The process is painful but purifying, burning outall imperfections and flaws in the mortal’s frame.At the end of this process, which takes as long asan hour, the mortal is mortal no longer — he hasbecome a Solar Half-Caste with an Inheritancerating equal to one-half the Solar’s PermanentEssence, rounded up. The Bolt has a range of(10 x permanent Essence) in yards.
