In general, Solar SailCharms fall into a few categories: self-sufficienteffects, Charms that protect the ship, and Charmsthat assist in captaining. Solar Sail Charms generallydo not assist with the most basic mechanical tasksof running a ship; Solars tend to be the leaders ofsailing men, rather than serving amongst theirranks.ABYSSAL EQUIVALENTSThere are several Abyssal Charms which representabilities which Solar Sail could benefit frommirroring. First is Crew Sustaining Technique,which allows an Abyssal to maintain a ship’s crewwithout food or rest.
