While this Charm isactive, no other character can detect the Exalt withany sense, even those which have been magicallyenhanced. People in the Exalt’s presence can stillobserve the effects of her actions — for example, ifshe opens a door, those present will see the dooropen. However, those present cannot discern thatsomeone is present from these events — when thedoor opens, for example, observers will assumethat the wind blew it open, or that another personopened it. If the Solar takes any action to directlyharm another person, this Charm’s effect endsinstantly.SUN-BEHIND-CLOUDS METHODCost: 2 motes per dieDuration: One sceneType: SimpleMinimum Stealth: 5Minimum Essence: 3Prerequisite Charms: Blurred Form StyleUpon activating this Charm, the charactercloaks himself with what surrounds him, just asjust as the sun cloaks itself behind the clouds. Forthe remainder of the scene, the character receivesone bonus die to all Stealth rolls for each twomotes spent activating this Charm; he can add nomore dice than his (Permanent Essence x 2). Thisbonus functions only while the Solar is in closeproximity to objects which he can hide amongst;if any observer looks at the Solar while he is in theopen, this Charm’s effects end immediately.SPIRIT OF NIGHT METHODCost: 8 motes, 1 WillpowerDuration: One sceneType: SimpleMinimum Stealth: 5Minimum Essence: 4Prerequisite Charms: Unseen Ghost WalkFor the remainder of the scene, the charactercan move through even the most heavily watchedarea without drawing attention to himself. Whenthis Charm is active, the Solar’s presence will becompletely missed by all observers, as long ashe continues moving determinedly towards adestination. Stopping for any significant length oftime will end the effects of this Charm, as will takingany violent action. The Solar may freely changedestinations, or pace back and forth (as long as hedoes so over a significant area) without ending theCharm’s effects, however.SILENT MIST APPROACHCost: 10 motes, 1 WillpowerDuration: One sceneType: SimpleMinimum Stealth: 5Minimum Essence: 4Prerequisite Charms: Sound and ScentBanishing AttitudeUsing this technique, a Solar can banish soundentirely from his vicinity, allowing him to performillicit acts without notice. For the remainder of thescene after this Charm is activated, nothing withinPermanent Essence yards of the character makesany sound whatsoever. In addition, anyone otherthan the character who is within this range cannothear anything, whether the noise originates withinthe sphere or outside it.
