Debate dhe zgjidhje për çështjetë veçanta në kompetenca të Qeverisë;2.2. Të iniciojnë nisma për hartimin estrategjive;2.3. Të iniciojnë nisma për hartimin elegjislacionit;2.4. T’i raportojnë Qeverisë përproblemet në fushën në të cilën ata janëpërgjegjës;2.5. T’i propozojnë Qeverisë që tënxjerrë udhëzime për punën e ministrivedhe të marrin pjesë në debate dhevendimmarrje në të gjitha çështjet që ishqyrton Qeveria.may be proposed or postponed by the PrimeMinister, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister orthe Secretary.2. Subject to the procedures set out in thisRegulation, the members of the Governmentshall have the right to demand:2.1 a debate and resolution onindividual issues within thecompetency of the Government,2.2 to lodge initiatives for thepreparation of strategies;2.3 to lodge initiatives for the draftingof legislation;2.4 to report to the Government onproblems in the area for which they areresponsible,2.5 to propose to the Government toset out guidelines for the work of theministries, and to participate in thedebate and decision-making on allissues deliberated by the Government.predložiti ili odložiti od premijera, zamenikapremijera ili sekretara.2. Da pokrene inicijative za izradustrategija;2.3. Da pokrene inicijative za izraduzakonodavstva;2.4. Da podnose izveštaj Vladi oproblemima u oblasti u kojoj su oniodgovorni;2.5. Da predlože Vladi da doneseuputstva za rad ministarstava i daučestvuju na raspravama i udonošenju odluka o svim pitanjimakoje razmatra vlada.3. Rekomandimi për shqyrtimin e materialit nëQeveri duhet të nënshkruhet nga ministri,kurse në mungesë të tij, zëvendësministri.3.
