Në raste të këtilla, arsyeja për përdorimine procedurës emergjente do të raportohet nëmënyrë të qartë në Qeveri, dhe Ministripërgjegjës për propozimin, menjëherë pasdiskutimit të propozimit nga Qeveria do tësigurojë që procedurat e përcaktuara në këtërregullore të zbatohen dhe të raportohen nëQeveri sa më shpejt që të jetë e mundshme.Neni 34Shqyrtimi dhe dorëzimi i materialeve nëmbledhjen e Qeverisë1. Gjatë dorëzimit të propozimeve përshqyrtim në mbledhjen e Qeverisë ose në njëtrup qeveritare, organi propozues duhet tëdorëzojë në sekretariat dokumentet në vijim:1.1 Rekomandimin zyrtar të nënshkruarnga ministri në të cilin përshkruhen masattë cilat rekomandohet të merren ngaqeveria;1.2 një koncept dokument osememorandum shpjegues;instruct that any or all of the proceduresspecified in this regulation shall beabbreviated or waived.3. In such cases, the reason for the use of theemergency procedure shall be clearly reportedto the Government, and the Ministerresponsible for the proposal shall, immediatelyafter the Government’s discussion of theproposal, ensure that the procedures requiredunder this regulation are complied with andreported to the Government as soon aspracticable.Article 34Review and submission of materials in theGovernment meeting1. When submitting a proposal forconsideration by the Government meeting or aGovernment body, the originating body shallsubmit the following documentation to theSecretariat:1.1. The official recommendation signedby the Minister stating briefly the actionthat the Government is recommended totake;1.2. Tokom dostavljanje predloga zarazmatranje na sednici Vlade ili u nekomvladinom telu, predlagačko telo treba dadostavi sekretarijatu sledeću dokumentaciju:1.1 Službenu preporuku potpisanu odministra u kojoj se opisuje mere kojese preporučuju da se preduzmu odstraner vlade;1.2 koncept dokument ilimemorandum s'objašnjenjima;45 / 85
