2. Sekretari i Përgjithshëm ia përcjellMinistrit përkatës gjithë dokumentacionin përshqyrtim dhe miratim.3. Pas përfundimit të shqyrtimit, Ministrijep pëlqimin për procedim të mëtutjeshëm tëprojektligjit në Zyrën Ligjore, ose kur e shehtë nevojshme kërkon ripunimin e tij.Neni 42Zyra Ligjore-ZKM1. Zyra Ligjore, bashkërendon dheshqyrton të gjitha projektligjet që Qeveria iadorëzon Kuvendit, dhe lidhur me këtë:1.1. Udhëzon dhe ndihmoniniciuesit e projektit rreth standardeve tehartimit të legjislacionit;1.2. Bashkërendon procesin ehartimit të legjislacionit;1.3. Mbikëqyrë mbarëvajtjenprocedurale dhe kontrollon cilësinë elegjislacionit.2. Zyra Ligjore, bashkërendon dhe shqyrton tëgjitha projekt aktet nënligjore që miratohennga Qeveria.2. The General Secretary shall forward allthe documentation for the review and approvalto the Minister.3. Upon completion of review, the Ministergives his/her approval for forwarding the draftPrimary Law to the Legal Office, or whenhe/she deems it appropriate requests a redraft.Article 42Legal Office – OPM1. The Legal Office coordinates and reviewall the drafts laws that the Governmentsubmits to the Assembly, and in conjunctionwith this:1.1. Instructs and assists the initiatorsof the draft concerning the standards oflegislative drafting;1.2. Coordinates the legislativedrafting process;1.3. Oversees the observance ofprocedure and reviews the quality ofthe legislation.2. Legal Office, coordinates and reviewall draft secondary legislations approved bythe Government.54 / 852. Generalni sekretar će proslediti svudokumentaciju resornom ministru narazmatranje i usvajanje.3. Nakon završetka razmatranja, ministardaje saglasnost za dalju obradu Nacrtzakona u zakonodavnoj kancelariji, ili kadasmatra da je potrebno traži njegovorevidiranje.Član 42Zakonodavna kancelarija -KP1. Zakonodavna kancelarija koordiniše irazmatra svih nacrta zakona koje Vladapodnosi Skupštini, i u tom pogledu:1.1. Upućuje i pomaže inicijatoruprojekta oko standarda izradezakonodavstva;1.2. Koordiniše i pomaže proces izradezakona;1.3. Nadgleda pravilno odvijanjeprocedure i kontroliše kvalitet zakona.2. Zakonodavna kancelarija kordiniše irazmatra svih nacrta podzakonskih akatakoji se usvajaju u Vladi.
