Qeveri. Ministritë përkatëse duhet tëpërgatisin një rekomandim për dorëzim nëQeveri në bazë të opinionit të Ministrisë lidhurme këto materiale.5. Nëse materiali i cili i dërgohet Qeverisëështë përgatitur në pajtim me dispozitat e kësajRregulloreje, Sekretari do t’ia dërgojë atëtrupës përkatëse qeveritare ose do ta dorëzojëpër shqyrtim në mbledhjen e Qeverisë.6. Nëse materiali nuk është përgatitur nëpajtim me këtë Rregullore, Sekretariati, dukevepruar me autorizimin e Sekretarit, ia kthenpropozuesit për shqyrtim duke caktuar afatindhe mënyrën e përmirësimit dhe rregullimit tëmaterialit.Neni 11Rendi i ditës1. Sekretariati do të mbajë një listë të pikave tëcilat pritet që të dorëzohen në mbledhjen eQeverisë në katër javët e ardhshme, dhe datëne mundshme të mbledhjes së Qeverisë në tëcilët do të diskutohet secila nga këto pika. Kjolistë do tu dërgohet rregullisht të gjithaministrive dhe Këshillit të Sekretarëve tëPërgjithshëm.2. Rendi i ditës i propozuar për mbledhjeGovernment, to the responsible ministries. Theministries shall prepare a recommendation forsubmission to the Government based on theiropinion on the materials.5. If material which is sent to the Governmentis prepared in accordance with the provisionsof this Regulation, the Secretary shall sendsuch material to the relevant government bodyor shall submit it for review by theGovernment meeting.6. If the material is not prepared inaccordance with this Regulation, theSecretariat, acting under the authority of theSecretary, shall return it to the proposerstipulating by when and how the materialshould be supplemented or corrected.Article 11Agenda of the Government Meeting1. The Secretariat shall maintain a schedule ofitems that it is anticipated shall be submittedto the Government meeting in the coming fourweeks, and the probable date of the meeting atwhich each shall be discussed. This scheduleshall be circulated regularly to all ministriesand to the Council of General Secretaries.2. The proposed agenda of a government17 / 85razmatranja u Vladi. Relevantnaministarstva treba da pripreme preporuku zadostavu Vladi na osnovu mišljenjaMinistarstva o ovim materijalima.5. Ako je materijal koji se dostavlja vladipripremljen u skladu sa odredbama ovogPravilnika, sekretar će ga prosleditiodgovarajućem državnom organu ili će gapodneti na razmatranje na sednici vlade.6. Ukoliko materijal nije pripremljen uskladu sa ovim Pravilnikom , Sekretarijat, ćega postupajući po ovlašćenju sekretara ,vratiti predlagaču na razmatranje odredivširok i način ispravljanja i prilagođavanjamaterijala..Član 11Dnevni red1. Sekretarijat voditi spisak tačaka koje seočekuje da bude dostavljene sednici Vlade unaredne četiri nedelje, i moguči datumsednice Vlade na kojoj će se diskutovati osvakoj od tih tačaka. Taj spisak će seredovno dostavljati svim ministarstvima iSavetu generalnih sekretara.2. Predloženi dnevni red za sednice se
