Ftesa për të marrë pjesë në mbledhje, sëbashku me materialet gjegjëse, gjithashtu idërgohet Zëdhënësit të Kryeministrit, Drejtorittë Sekretariatit, Drejtorit të Zyrës Ligjore,Drejtorit të Zyrës për Komunikim dheDrejtorit të Zyrës për Planifikim Strategjik nëZyrën e Kryeministrit. Në mungesë tëdrejtorëve në mbledhje të Qeverisë marrinpjesë zyrtarë të lartë në këto zyra, të caktuarnga drejtorët e lartpërmendur.5. Sekretari, me pëlqim të Kryeministrit mundtë vendosë që ftesën për të marrë pjesë nëmbledhje së bashku me materialet tjera t’iadërgojë edhe organeve e organizatave tjera.6. Nëse ekziston infrastruktura e nevojshmeteknike, dhe me pëlqimin e Kryeministrit,ftesa për të marrë pjesë në mbledhje, sëbashku me materialet gjegjëse mund tëdërgohet në mënyrë elektronike.Neni 13Pjesëmarrja e ministrave në mbledhje tëQeverisë1. Anëtarët e Qeverisë dhe zëvendës ministratjanë të obliguar të marrin pjesë në mbledhjet eQeverisë dhe në Komisionet Ministrore dheKomisionet e Posaçme të cilat formohen nga4. The invitation to attend in a meeting of theGovernment and the relevant materials shallalso be sent to the Spokesperson of the PrimeMinster, Director of the Secretariat, theDirector of the Legal Office, the Director ofthe Communication Office in the Office of thePrime Minister and the Director of theStrategic Planning Office. In the absence ofthe abovementioned directors, senior officersfrom these offices assigned by the directorsshall participate in the Government meeting.5. The Secretary, with the consent of thePrime Minister, may decide to send theinvitation to attend in the Government meetingalong with the relevant materials to otherbodies and organizations.6. If the necessary technical infrastructureexists and with the consent of the PrimeMinister, the invitation to attend in theGovernment meeting along with the relevantmaterials may be sent electronically.Article 13Attendance of Ministers in the GovernmentMeeting1. Members of the Government and deputyministers are obligated to attend in meetings ofthe Government and the Ministerial19 / 854. Pozivi za učestvovanje na sednicama,zajedno sa relevantnim materijalima, takođese dostavljaju portparolu premijera,direktoru Sekretarijata, direktoruzakonodavne kancelarije, direktorukancelarije za komunikacije i direktorukancelarije za strateško planiranje uKancelariji premijera. U odsustvu direktorana sednici Vlade učestvuju viši zvaničniciovih kancelarija koje odredi gore navedenidirektor.5. Sekretar, uz saglasnost Premijera može daodluči da poziv za prisustvovanje sednicizajedno sa drugim materijalima dostaviorganima drugih organizacija.6. Ako postoji potrebna tehničkainfrastruktura, i uz saglasnost premijera,poziv da učestvuje na sednicama , zajednosa relevantnim materijalima se može poslatielektronskim putem.Član 13Učešće ministara na sednicama Vlade1. Članovi Vlade i zamenici ministara sudužni da prisustvuju sastancima Vlade iministarskim i specijalnim komisijama kojesu formirane od strane Vlade.
