Neni 69Bashkëpunimi i Qeverisë me shoqërinëcivile1. Qeveria bashkëpunon me Odënekonomike dhe odat tjera, shoqatat, shoqatatprofesionale, OJQ-të, sindikatat, komunitetetdhe me entitete tjera përmes Zyrës sëKryeministrit apo nëpërmjet të ministrivegjegjëse.2. Qeveria debaton veçanërisht përmendimet dhe nismat e tyre, merr qëndrim përto, i informon ato për qëndrimet dhe masat eveta dhe kur është e nevojshme, ftonpërfaqësuesit e tyre të marrin pjesë në organetpunuese të Qeverisë dhe organizon forma tjeratë bashkëpunimit.Neni 70Përgjigjet në pyetjet, nismat dhepropozimet që i adresohen Qeverisë1. Qeveria i përgjigjet të gjitha pyetjeve,nismave dhe propozimeve që i adresohen asajpërmes ministrive dhe zyrave të Qeverisë.2. Zyra e Kryeministrit i përgjigjetpeticioneve dhe ankesave që i adresohenKryeministrit dhe zëvendës kryeministrit nëbashkëpunim me ministritë përgjegjëse.Article 69Government Cooperation with the civilsociety1. The Government shall cooperate with theChamber of Commerce and other chambers,associations, professional associations, NGOs,unions, communities and other entitiesthrough the Office of the Prime Minister or therelevant ministries.2. The Government shall, in particular, debatetheir opinions and initiatives, take a positionon them, inform them of its positions andmeasures and, where necessary, invite theirrepresentatives to attend the meetings of theworking bodies of the Government, andorganize other forms of cooperation.Article 70Answers to questions, initiatives andproposals addressed to the Government1. The Government shall reply to all questions,initiatives and proposals addressed to itthrough ministries and Government offices.2. The Office of the Prime Minister shall replyto petitions and complaints addressed to thePrime Minister and Deputy Prime Minister incooperation with the responsible ministries.Član 69Saradnja Vlada sa civilnimdruštvom1. Vlada sarađuje sa Privrednom komorom idrugim komorama, profesionalnimudruženjima, NVO-a, sindikatima,zajednicama i drugim subjektima prekoKancelarije premijera ili preko resornihministarstava.2. Vlada posebno raspravlja o njihovimmišljenjima i inicijativama, zauzima stav onjima, obaveštava ih o njihovim stavovima imerama i, gde je to potrebno, poziva svojepredstavnike da učestvuju u radnim telimaVlade i organizuje drugih oblike saradnje.Član 70Odgovori na pitanja, inicijative i predlogekoje se postavljaju Vladi1. Vlada odgovara na sva pitanja, inicijativei predloge koja se njoj postavljaju prekovladinih ministarstava i kancelarija.2. Kancelarija premijera reaguje na peticije ižalbe upućene premijeru i zamenikupremijera u saradnji sa nadležnimministarstvima.77 / 85
