The Pre-Art Therapy minor is based on the recommendations <strong>of</strong> the American Art Therapy Association. In order to complete the<br />
minor in Pre-Art Therapy, students will need to be Studio Art/Photo majors or have 18 studio art credits by the time they graduate.<br />
Students planning careers in art therapy must complete graduate studies in art therapy at an accredited institution. Students<br />
interested in art therapy are advised to consult the American Art Therapy Association Web site for a list <strong>of</strong> accredited graduate<br />
schools.<br />
Minor in Pre-Law<br />
The interdisciplinary Pre-Law minor complements a student's major with coursework that helps prepare the student for the<br />
demands <strong>of</strong> law school. It is also designed to strengthen skills in areas needed for success in law school. Students will also have<br />
opportunities to work with the Career Services Office to prepare for the LSAT.<br />
