14. EtherNet/IP and DeviceNet CIP Model<br />
14.1 Overview<br />
The Net F/T operates as a Group 2-Only Server on the DeviceNet network. It supports Explicit<br />
Messaging and Polled I/O messaging for the predefined Master/Slave Connection set. The Net F/T<br />
DeviceNet Node does support the Unconnected Message Manager (UCMM).<br />
The Net F/T operates as a Server on the EtherNet/IP network. It supports Class 3 Connected Explicit<br />
Messaging, UCMM Explicit Messaging and Class 1 Connected Cyclic I/O Messaging. The Net F/T does<br />
not support any Client functionality.<br />
EtherNet/IP and DeviceNet protocols cannot be enabled at the same time.<br />
