The Grand Tarabya, about whose architectural structure we weren’t
really sure when it was bought in 2006 and renovated completely
by Bayraktarlar Holding, is now ready and in front of our eyes with
its new face. We know that this location has not been decreasing,
but actually improving its service quality thanks to the many awards
it has received since it was reopened. Additionally, it has continued
to provide another angle on city hotel management thanks to its
great location. Diba Bar, which is located on the second floor of this
hotel, which is far from the chaos of the city in Tarabya and which
has a sea view, is ready to greet the summer with its terrace that
is almost in the sea and the special cocktails that you haven’t tried
anywhere else. Diba Bar, which turns leaving work into a pleasure,
has happy hour between 5 and 7 pm every day, during which you

Diba Bar, where you can feel the pleasant breezes of Bosphorus

Grand Tarabya. The cocktail named “Tarabya Nostalgia”, which
you can only have at Diba Bar, consists of zinfandel rose, fresh
strawberries, fresh mint and fresh lime juice. Gentleman Ginger
cocktail is mixed using Gentleman Jack Tennessee Whisky, fresh
ginger, Sprite and Sweet& Sour. Another delicious cocktail you can
find is named ‘Uncle’, which includes Beluga Vodka, lemon and
orange juice, Satsume Blackberry and Sugar Syrup. The cocktail
‘Show Me Face’ combines the unique tastes of Bacard, Rum, passion
fruit, pine apple juice and Grenadine pomegrante syrup. Very special
presentations are awaiting you at Diba Bar. Different kinds of Martini
is brought to you with a different set-up and is prepared at your
table and then served to you. These include the refreshing cocktails
that are prepared with the highest quality ingredients and called
Raspberry Martini, Apple Martini and Dirty Martini and are served
with fresh strawberries, raspberries and mint.
The ‘Cocktail Cube’ in Diba Bar promises fun times if you choose to
be surprised by the experienced bartenders with the option ‘Surprise
Me’. You can choose the alcohol level, aroma, glass, garnish of the
cocktail as well as how it shoud be prepred with the cubes on your
table and create your own cocktail!
The snacks that include mini hamburgers and starters are sufficient
in both quality and quantitiy for you to feel full. We can’t think of
better alternatives that you can enjoy in moderation to accompany
your drink.
