Siz hem Koç Grubu’nda farklı bir geçmişten geliyorsunuz hem de

Evet, yüksek mühendisim, daha sonra işletme master’ı yaptım. Koç
Topluluğu’nda Bilgi Teknolojileri sektöründe 15 yıllık tecrübem var.
Daha sonra Holding’e geçtim, orada da stratejik planlama alanında
11 yılım var. Setur’da bir hizmet sektörü satış yeteneği gereksinimi
var, müşteri memnuniyeti refleksi var bu anlamda kariyerimin ilk
yıllarının getirdiği tecrübenin çok faydasını gördüm. Mühendisliğin
verdiği analitik yaklaşıma da sıklıkla ihtiyacım oluyor. Asıl önemli
olan tecrübe ise; Koç Holding’de stratejik planlamada çalıştığım,
farklı sektörlerden birçok projeyi inceleme ve onların dinamiklerini
görme şansını yakaladığım dönem. Şu anda stratejik planlama
süreci içerisindeyiz; Koç Topluluğunda her yıl 5 yıllık bir plan yapılır.
Bu çalışma sürecinde, günlük çalışmaları unutup, çok daha
geniş bir açıdan bakmanız gerekiyor, turizm sektörünün geleceği,

Koc Holding for 15 years in information technology sector. Later
on, I did strategic planning for 11 years. At Setur, you need sales
talents in service industry and customer satisfaction is important.
The experience I gained during the first years of my career helped
me a lot. I often need the analytical perspective that engineering
brings. However, the most important experience I gained was during
the time while I was working at strategic planning and I got to
see and study many projects from different sectors. Right now we
