Asırlardır taşındığı orijinal kutuların devasa versiyonları içinde görücüye
çıkarılan Baccarat avizeleri, 250 yıllık mirası modern bir görkemle
sunuyor. Bu sıradışı koleksiyonun yaratıcıları ise; Baccarat’nın
efsanevi ustalığı ve kendine özgü becerisiyle gücünü birleştiren 3
büyük tasarımcı.
Dünyaca ünlü sanatçılardan Hans Van Bentem ‘Medicis XXL’ adındaki
otantik şahesere imza atmış. Sanatçı, fotoğrafçı ve tasarımcı Arik
Levy de mimari bir tasarımla renklerden kaleydoskop yarattığı ‘Tuile
de Cristal’i ortaya çıkarmış. İç mimar ve sanat direktörü Marcel Wanders
ise ‘Roi de Soleil’ ya da diğer bir deyişle güneşin kralına, tarihi
Baccarat Zenith’i kullandığı küre şeklindeki bir avizeyle hayat vermiş.
Aralarında bir de önemli bir işbirliği daha var ki, o da çok değerli
mavi taşlarıyla ünlü Ostro’nun Baccarat’yla bir araya gelmesiyle oluşmuş.
Bu harikulade birlikteliğin ürünü; 700’den fazla mavi ostrotopaz
taşının binlerce sekizgen kristalle buluşmasından doğan ‘Blue Topaz’
(mavi topaz). Max Ostro’nun hayalinin gerçeğe dönüşmesi sonucu
ortaya çıkan avizenin en önemli özelliği ise, değerli taşlardan üretilen
ilk Baccarat aydınlatması olması.
The Baccarat chandeliers, which have been designed for centuries
in the gigantic versions of original boxes, present the 250-year
old heritage in a modern glory. The creators of this extraordinary
collection are three important designers, who put their powers
together with Baccarat’s legendary mastery and its unique skills.
Among the three world-renown artists, Hans Van Bantem designed the
authentic masterpiece called ‘Medicis XXL’. The artist, photographer and
designer Arik Levy created ‘Tuile de Cristal’, an architectural design and a
kaleidoscope consisting of different colours. The interior designer and art
director Marcel Wanders gave life to the ‘Roi de Soleil’ –The King of Sunin
the form of a globe shaped chandelier by using the history Baccarat
Zenith. There is another collaboration which is also very important: the
combination of the precious blue stones of famous Ostro with Baccarat.
This marvellous collaboration’s end product is the ‘Blue Topaz’, which
consists of more than 700 blue ostrotopaz gemstones and thousands of
octagonal crystals. The most important property of this chandelier, which
came about after Max Ostro’s dream came true, is that it is the first
Baccarat illumination product of Baccarat made from valuable stones.

Işıktan şelale yaratan bu muhteşem avize, Ostro Madenleri’nin kurucusu
ve Baccarat’nın da tutkunlarından Max Ostro’ya ithaf edilmiş.
Yaşadığı süre boyunca böyle bir şaheseri hayata geçirme hayali
kuran Ostro’ya da anlamlı bir gönderme bu aynı zamanda. Ostro
uzun yıllar önce, doğanın bize sunduğu en özel taşlardan biri olan
mavi topazı saklandığı derinliklerden bulup çıkarmak için ölümle bile
yüzleşmiş. Sayesinde dünyaca bilinen ve sevilen bir taşa dönüşen
tescilli mavi topaz taşlarının 250 yıllık bir geçmişe sahip Baccarat’yla
bir araya gelmesi bu nedenle daha da özel. Ev aydınlatması için yaratılan
‘Mavi Topaz’ın, üzerine monte edilebildiği bir de 75 ostrotopaz
kaplamalı panosu bulunuyor.
BLUE TOPAZ
This wonderful chandelier, which creates fountains of light, was
dedicated to Max Ostro, the founder of Ostro Mining and a lover
of Baccarat. It is a meaningful reference to Ostro, who had always
dreamt of making such a masterpiece. Many years ago, Ostro even
faced death to get to the blue topaz, one of the most special stones
the world has to offer. This is why the fact that the patented blue
topaz gemstones, which are known and loved thanks to him, came
together with Baccarat, which has a 250-year history; is much more
meaningful. The Blue Topaz, which was designed for household
illumination, comes with a panel, covered with 75 ostrotopaz, where
it can be mounted on.
