The Samples E, I, H and pure epoxy res<strong>in</strong> were prepared with post cur<strong>in</strong>g<br />

The higher phr <strong>of</strong> Am<strong>in</strong>e conta<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g PDMS reduced tensile strength to greater extent. The <strong>in</strong>crease <strong>in</strong><br />

modulus may correspond to reduce <strong>in</strong> free volume which restricts cha<strong>in</strong> mobility.<br />

COMPRESSION TESTING<br />

Compression strength <strong>of</strong> the specimen was found out by us<strong>in</strong>g Universal Test<strong>in</strong>g Mach<strong>in</strong>e<br />

(UTM). The test was carried at the crosshead speed <strong>of</strong> 1mm/m<strong>in</strong>.<br />

The Samples I, H and pure epoxy res<strong>in</strong> were prepared with post cur<strong>in</strong>g<br />

The Toughen<strong>in</strong>g effect <strong>of</strong> Am<strong>in</strong>e conta<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g PDMS improved compressive strength and spheriglass<br />

contributed for higher modulus.
