How it Works:<br />

Refer to Table 9 on page 48.<br />

Effects of Growing Conditions:<br />

The activity these products are influenced by weather conditions. The temperature range for optimum activity is 12 o C to<br />

24 o C. Reduced activity will occur when temperatures are below 8 o C or above 27 o C. Frost 3 days before or after application<br />

may reduce weed control and crop tolerance. Weed control may be reduced during stress conditions (drought, heat or cold<br />

stress) or if extremely heavy infestations exist.<br />

Tank Mixes:<br />

Tank mix partners applied at all label rates and include recommended adjuvants unless otherwise noted.<br />

Herbicides:<br />

The following mixes may be used with each of the combinations above unless noted otherwise.<br />

• In spring wheat (including durum) and barley:<br />

º Assert (0.53 to 0.65 L per acre)<br />

º Tralkoxydim † *<br />

• In spring wheat (including durum) only:<br />

º Clodinafop 240EC † (93 mL per acre)<br />

º Fenoxaprop (Bengal with Rush 24 only)<br />

º Simplicity ††<br />

º Simplicity GoDRI<br />

Insecticides: None registered.<br />

Fungicides: None registered.<br />

Fertilizer: None registered.<br />

* Temporary crop injury or reduced wild oat control may occur with this tank mix.<br />

OcTTain XL without additional 2,4-D ester only or low rate of Attain XC.<br />

Note: The above mixes are those listed on the fluroxypyr + 2,4-D product labels only.<br />

Manufacturers may also support mixes between their products and other pesticides that are not on their labels. Check<br />

with each manufacturer for the products they support. Mixes must be applied according to the most restrictive use<br />

limitations for all products added to the tank.<br />

Adding ingredients in the correct order is critical for optimum performance. Check labels of products to be mixed for<br />

directions. General guidelines can be found on page 8.<br />

Restrictions:<br />

• Rainfall:<br />

º Attain XC and Flurox 2,4: Within 2 hours will reduce control.<br />

º OcTTain XL: Wet foliage at application will reduce control.<br />

• Re-entry Interval: DO NOT re-enter treated area within 12 hours.<br />

• Grazing Restrictions: DO NOT permit lactating dairy animals to graze cereal fields within 7 days of application.<br />

DO NOT harvest cereal crops for forage or cut hay within 30 days of application. Withdraw meat animals from treated<br />

fields at least 3 days before slaughter. DO NOT feed or cut forage grasses for hay<br />

• Pre-harvest Interval: Leave 60 days between application and harvest.<br />

• Re-cropping Interval: Barley, canola, flax, forage grasses, lentils, mustard, oats, peas, rye, and wheat, may be grown<br />

the year after application. Alfalfa, corn, dry beans, potatoes, soybeans, and sunflowers may also be seeded the year<br />

following Attain XC and OcTTain XL only. There are no re-cropping restrictions the second year after application.<br />

• Aerial Application: Attain XC and OcTTain XL may be applied by air.<br />

• Storage: Avoid freezing. If frozen, bring to room temperature and agitate before use. These products are combustible.<br />

DO NOT store near heat or open flame.
