Restrictions:<br />

• Rainfall:<br />

• 2,4-D amine: within 4 hours will reduce control.<br />

• 2,4-D LV ester: within 2 hours will reduce control.<br />

• Re-entry: DO NOT enter treated fields for at least 12 hours<br />

• Grazing: DO NOT permit lactating dairy animals to graze fields within 7 days of application. DO NOT harvest forage or<br />

cut for hay within 30 days of application. Withdraw meat animals from treated fields at least 3 days before slaughter.<br />

• Re-cropping: No recropping guidelines are provided on the labels. As a general guideline, there should be no<br />

cropping restrictions the year following an in-crop treatment.<br />

• Aerial Application: Some formulations may be applied by air. Check the label for detailed instructions.<br />

• Storage: 2,4-D LV ester may be frozen. 2,4-D amine requires heated storage.<br />

• Buffer Zones:<br />

º Hand-held or backpack sprayers, inter-row hooded sprayers and spot treatments are exempt from buffer zone<br />

requirements.<br />
