Application Information:<br />

• *NOTE: Since these uses are registered under the User Requested Minor Use Label Expansion (URMULE) program,<br />

the manufacturer assumes no responsibility for fungicide performance. Those who apply these uses do so at their<br />

own risk.<br />

• DO NOT apply during periods of dead calm or when winds are gusty. Ensure uniform coverage.<br />

• Water Volume:<br />

• Ground: minimum 80 L per acre.<br />

• Aerial: minimum 20 L per acre.<br />

• Consult nozzle manufacturers for specific nozzle and pressure recommendations. Ensure thorough coverage for<br />

optimal disease control/suppression.<br />

How it Works:<br />

The active ingredient metconazole is a broad spectrum triazole demethylation inhibitor (DMI) fungicide with systemic<br />

activity. For more information refer to “Fungicide Modes of Action” on page 435.<br />

Restrictions:<br />

• Resistance management: Refer to page 434.<br />

• Maximum number of applications:<br />

º Canola – DO NOT exceed more than 115g per acre of this product per season.<br />

º Dry bean, field pea, chickpea, lentil – DO NOT exceed 2 applications of this product per season.<br />

º Sunflower – DO NOT exceed 2 applications of this product per season.<br />

º Potato – DO NOT exceed 3 applications of this product per season at the high rate. DO NOT exceed 4 applications<br />

of this product per season at the low rate.<br />

• Grazing: No restrictions listed.<br />

• Preharvest interval:<br />

º Potato – 1 day<br />

º Dry bean, field pea, chickpea, lentil – 21 days<br />

º Canola – 45 days<br />

º Sunflower – 21 days.<br />

• Re-entry:<br />

º Potato – DO NOT re-enter treated areas within 12 hours of application.<br />

º Canola – DO NOT re-enter treated areas within 12 hours of application.<br />

º Dry bean, field pea, chickpea, lentil – DO NOT re-enter treated areas within 1 day of application.<br />

º Sunflower – DO NOT re-enter treated area within 6 days of application.<br />

º Re-entry intervals maybe longer for more intensive activities in potatoes and legume crops, see label for complete<br />

list of re-entry periods.<br />

• Re-cropping: A plant back interval of 30 days is required for all crops not listed on the Quash label.<br />

• Storage: Store in original tightly closed container. Protect from freezing. Store in cool, dry place. Store this product<br />

away from food or feed.<br />

• Environment: Avoid run-off from treated areas into aquatic areas. Toxic to aquatic organisms, non-target terrestrial<br />

plants and small wild animals.<br />
