How it Works:
The active ingredient, Coniothyrium minitans, is a fungus that infects the sclerotia of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum and S. minor.
Infection of sclerotial bodies prevents production of ascospores and mycelial structures that infect plants. Regular use of
Contans WG in successive years within a longterm management strategy will improve disease control.
Tank Mixes:
DO NOT tank-mix with fungicides or fertilizers. Also, DO NOT tank mix with acids, alkalis or any product that attacks organic
materials. Contact UAP for more information on what products are compatible with Contans WG.
Restrictions:

• Preharvest interval: Can be applied up to and including the day of harvest.
