Προϊόντων ιδρύθηκε το 1947 και είναι
ο μεγαλύτερος παραγωγός κρασιού
στη Σαντορίνη με περίπου χίλια μέλη.Το
οινοποιείο έχει χτιστεί σε διαφορετικά
επίπεδα ώστε με τη βαρύτητα να εξοικονομείται
ενέργεια. Πρόκειται για ένα από
τα πρώτα σύγχρονα οινοποιεία και το
μεγαλύτερο στο νησί σε χωρητικότητα.
Το οινοποιείο έχει μοναδική θέα στην
καλντέρα και το ηλιοβασίλεμα. To οινοποιείο
αναβιώνει το κρασί με το όνομα
IRINI, καθώς ΕΙΡΗΝΗ ήταν το όνομα
του πρώτου εμφιαλωμένου ΠΟΠ Σαντορίνη
κρασιού της Santo στις αρχές της
δεκαετίας του 1980. Το IRINI είναι από
100% ασύρτικο που έχει οινοποιηθεί
και παλαιώσει για 18 μήνες σε βαρέλια
10ης χρήσης, που για τα προηγούμενα 5
χρόνια παλαίωνε Vinsanto, και για αυτό
έχει μια μοναδική γεύση.
The Association Cooperatives of Theraic
Products, which was founded in
1947, is the largest wine producer in
Santorini with approximately 1.000
members, including all vine-growers
of Santorini. It is built in different levels,
called as “gravity flow” winery, that
contributes to the premium quality of
the wines during the wine making process.
It is one of the first modern wineries
on the island in terms of design and
the largest one in terms of capacity.
Here you can live a unique experience
as the winery has amazing caldera and
sunset views. The winery revives the
IRINI wine label, as IRINI was the name
of the first ever bottled PDO wine of
Santo, back in the early 1980s. IRINI, a
100% assyrtiko that has been vinified
and matured for 18 months in barrels
used for the 10th time and which were
used for Vinsanto for the previous
5 years, a fact that gives the wine a
unique, distinctive taste.
