Cite codes by article and paragraph and short or abbreviated title. When cited for the first time,
the code should be cited in full (see Part 2.1) or the full citation should be given in a footnote
following the short title or abbreviation:

The Constitution, federal codes and statutes, and decrees are published by the federal
administration in German, French and Italian in the followings series:

Official Collection of Federal Law: Amtliche Sammlung der Bundesgesetze und Verordnungen (AS) Systematic
Collection of Federal Law: Systematische Sammlung des Bundesrechts (SR)
The cantonal statutes are available in the cantonal state offices (Staatskanzlei). The cantons and
some large municipalities publish their law in their own collections, and most can be found
