Cite cases by parties’ name [first plaintiff <strong>and</strong> defendant (separated by “v” <strong>and</strong> italicized)], year<br />

of decision, volume, reporter, first page of the case, <strong>and</strong> page referenced:<br />

If appropriate, the author(s) of the judgment may be identified in parentheses after the page<br />

referenced. The year is cited in square brackets if the case appears in a report which volumes are<br />
