How to use the DVDs<br />

Main Menu<br />

The DVDs can be played on a computer or DVD player. Select either<br />

a German or English language menu. Further information is found<br />

in the main menu under “User Manual DVD”. All those who were involved<br />

in producing the DVD are listed under “Credits”.<br />

between film and commentary.<br />

Menu Research Projects<br />

Click on a teacher’s name to access videos made at the various<br />

institutions participating in the project. The classes, and the teachers’<br />

commentaries, are spread out both DVDs. Background material—<br />

such as interviews with students, class plans, excerpts from choreographies,<br />

special exercise sequences, photos, or supplementary<br />

information—is available on both DVDs and accessed through the<br />

additional menu items. DVD’s can be differentiated through color and<br />

labeling.<br />

Class Plans<br />

The class plans can only be viewed on a computer, and, if required,<br />

printed. As described under “User Manual DVD”, the German and English<br />

class plans can be found in a separate folder in the Finder (Mac) or in<br />

the Explorer (Windows).<br />
