8. Dairy and its products:<br />

This group includes the following:<br />

Milk, pasteurized and sterilized packed milk, fermented, skimmed and curdled milk,<br />

yoghurt, packed and liquid concentrated milk, powder milk for household, powder milk<br />

for infants, white cheese and other kinds of cheese.<br />

9. Oils and fats<br />

Full cream milk, yielded from a household-owned dairy cattle, consumed by the<br />

household during the month of the survey is considered a household production.<br />

Full cream milk products, such as cream, butter, fat oil and cheese, yielded from<br />

dairy cattle owned by the household, consumed by the household are· considered<br />

a household production. <strong>The</strong> quantities of each product actually consumed during<br />

the month of the survey are recorded separately, as well as estimating the value<br />

of each product consumed according to the prevailing consumer's price. ILi.s<br />

observed that we have abandoned the principle of returning the product.<br />

considered as a household production during the month of the survey such as<br />

pastries, vermicelli cooked in milk, doughnuts and Om Ali).<br />

Varieties of cod-liver oil, oils used in pharmacies such as castor oil or oils used<br />

in paintings.<br />
