IN PRIMO PIANO
• 7205 Graniglie e polveri, di ghisa greggia, di
ghisa specolare, di ferro o di acciaio.
Sono tuttavia previste alcune eccezioni. Per
quanto riguarda le ghise della VD 7201, i divieti
non si applicano all’import e all’acquisto
delle seguenti quantità di beni:
• 1.140.000 tonnellate metriche tra il 19 dicembre
2023 e il 31 dicembre 2024.
•700.000 tonnellate metriche tra il 1° gennaio
2025 e il 31 dicembre 2025.
Per quanto riguarda i prodotti ferrosi della
VD 7203, i divieti non si applicano all’import
e all’acquisto delle seguenti quantità di beni:
• 1.140.836 tonnellate metriche tra il 19 dicembre
2023 e il 31 dicembre 2024.
• 651.906 tonnellate metriche tra il 1° gennaio
2025 e il 31 dicembre 2025.
Tali contingenti di importazione non soggetti
a divieto saranno amministrati dagli Stati
membri in conformità alle attuali procedure
già utilizzate per la gestione dei contingenti
tariffari di altre tipologie di prodotti – basate
sul principio del c.d. “primo arrivato, primo
servito”.

L’art. 3 octies del Regolamento sanzionatorio,
come modificato dall’undicesimo pacchetto
having a minimum purity by weight of 99,94 %,
in lumps, pellets or similar forms
• 7205 Granules and powders of pig iron, spiegeleisen,
iron or stee.
There are, however, some exceptions. As regards
pig irons of Heading 7201, the ban does not apply
to the import and purchase of the following
quantities of goods:
• 1,140,000 metric tons between 19 December
2023 and 31 December 2024.
• 700,000 metric tons between 1 January 2025
and 31 December 2025.
As regards ferrous products of Heading 7203,
the ban does not apply to the import and purchase
of the following quantities of goods:
• 1,140,836 metric tons between 19 December
2023 and 31 December 2024.
• 651,906 metric tons between 1 January 2025
and 31 December 2025.
These non-prohibited import quotas will be administered
by Member States in accordance
with the current procedures already used for the
management of tariff quotas for other types of
products - based on the so-called “first come,
first served” principle.
