finalmente disponibili per il processo di fusione<br />
(Fig. 5).<br />
Attualmente, per produrre un manufatto con le<br />
dimensioni di 1.800 mm per 1.000 mm e un’altezza<br />
di 600 mm, a seconda del tipo di sabbia,<br />
ci vogliono circa 12-15 ore. Certamente il sistema<br />
più semplice è l’uso del legante furanico,<br />
infatti nel caso di un sistema legante fenolico,<br />
la superficie dell’area di costruzione deve prima<br />
essere riscaldata a > 85 °C per poter dare<br />
luogo alla reazione, e per raggiungere le resistenze<br />
richieste è indispensabile un processo di<br />
post-polimerizzazione.<br />
L’accorgimento da seguire nel caso del sistema<br />
di legante inorganico, è che l’intero manufatto<br />
(comprensivo di Job Box), deve essere collocato<br />
in un forno a microonde adatto a raggiungere la<br />
resistenza finale desiderata. Per mantenere le<br />
resistenze meccaniche necessarie, lo stoccaggio<br />

or maximum two days, and depending on the<br />
binding systems used, will have specific characteristics<br />
(Figs. 6-7).<br />
