In sostanza, siamo stati in
inorganici.
I leganti inorganici apportano numerosi vantaggi
• No emissioni, fumi ed odori
I prodotti attualmente utilizzati permettono di
ottenere manufatti di qualità notevole con entrambi
i processi di formatura (Fig. 1).
CONFRONTO ANIME SPARATE/ANIME
STAMPATE
Indipendentemente dai sistemi di formatura
utilizzati, i vantaggi dell’anima sparata sono:
- cicli di produzione brevi;
in our laboratories and on clients’ and printer
manufacturers’ premises.
The positive results of the tests carried out guided
us in the production of the new generation
of inorganic binders. In essence, we have been
able to improve both storage and thermal stability,
without losing sight of our main reference
points of ecology, sustainability and economy
INTRODUCTION
Cores and moulds are produced by forming
processes that use binders to hold together a
loose refractory material (siliceous sand).
The most commonly used binders are organic
(furans, phenolics, phenolfurans etc.) but in recent
years inorganic binders have become increasingly
popular.
Inorganic binders bring numerous advantages
to the forming process, whether this be shooting
or 3D printing.
• Minimum CO ²
footprint
• No emissions, fumes or odours
The products currently used make it possible
to obtain remarkable quality results with both
these moulding processes (Fig. 1).
COMPARISON OF SHOT / PRINTED CORES
Regardless of the moulding systems used, the
advantages of a shot core are:
- short production cycles;
- high volumes enabling reduced production
costs;
