Project Descripti<strong>on</strong>:<br />
Each year, many incident resp<strong>on</strong>ders are injured or killed <strong>on</strong> highways while managing traffic incidents. The course developed in this project<br />
provided a valuable training guide, encouraging safe practices at incident scenes. The web-base training and computer tools will provide a cost<br />
effective way for incident resp<strong>on</strong>se agencies to train their employee and maintain a skilled workforce.<br />
