<strong>Quarterly</strong> Progress <strong>Report</strong> Anticipated Work Next Quarter: Project Impediments & Recommended Solutions: Deliverables and Implementation Strategy: Ryan will draft a letter to be sent to each District informing the Roadside Maintenance Manager of the project and the assistance he will need to conduct his surveys. He will include a list of the projects so the District can start to gather the following info: o Seeding Dates o Lab Test for Seed o Any changes made to the seed mix. o Installation Method (drilled, broadcast, etc.) o Resident Engineers Contact Info o Will access permit be necessary and who to contact. Ryan will draft an outline of the final report to ensure he is covering all the content the TRP ask for in the kick-off meeting. Ryan will submit a draft of the Interim <strong>Report</strong> prior to June 30, 2012 so the TRP can review prior to the next meeting.
