Any structural behavior and durability differences from a standard Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) HMA resulting from the recycling operation have not been addressed. The performance properties of high RAP mixtures need to be investigated for their impact on pavement performance characteristics (McDaniel NCHRP 9-21 <strong>Report</strong>) and these will be investigated in this study through modulus, fatigue, stripping, wheel tracking and low temperature testing.
