The investigating team came up with an approach for testing snow plows that has never been used before according to available literature. 57
<strong>Quarterly</strong> Progress <strong>Report</strong> Anticipated Work Next Quarter: The project team is focusing on finalizing the synthesis of best practices by meeting with and intervieweing professionals in the field and putting together the synthesis of best practices report. The project team is also active analyzing data from dry-runs in which soil was plowed with instrumented equipment and developing a finite element model to validate the data. Project Impediments & Recommended Solutions: The project is behind schedule because of the lack of snow during the 2011-2012 winter season.
