One development option that could be considered <strong>in</strong> <strong>Coeur</strong> d’Alene is a st<strong>and</strong>ard arena with a<br />
primary focus on spectator events. Facilities of this type typically consist of an event floor<br />
surround<strong>in</strong>g <strong>by</strong> fixed seat<strong>in</strong>g, typically <strong>in</strong> a 360-degree or horseshoe configuration. These<br />
facilities offer m<strong>in</strong>imal ancillary event space, with the arena floor accommodat<strong>in</strong>g most events<br />
held <strong>in</strong> the facility. The arena floor typically measures approximately 100 feet wide <strong>by</strong> 200 feet<br />
long, large enough to accommodate a hockey r<strong>in</strong>k. In some cases, the seats located nearest to the<br />
