to 94 event days annually, with total attendance of 181,000 to 233,500.<br />
The event <strong>and</strong> attendance estimates presented <strong>in</strong> the previous table do not assume the presence of<br />
a tenant sports franchise. In order to provide an underst<strong>and</strong><strong>in</strong>g of the potential impact of a sports<br />
tenant on overall event <strong>and</strong> attendance levels, a second scenario was developed <strong>in</strong> which the<br />
proposed facility is assumed to attract a m<strong>in</strong>or league or junior hockey tenant. It should be noted<br />
that the estimates related to tenant hockey are not based on a specific hockey team or league, but<br />
are based on the operations of various hockey franchises play<strong>in</strong>g <strong>in</strong> markets similar <strong>in</strong> size to<br />
<strong>Coeur</strong> d’Alene.<br />
