OUR MANAGEMENT
Our Company is currently managed by a Board of Directors comprising of 10 Directors. As per our
Articles of Association, our Board shall consist of not less than three Directors and not more than
twelve Directors.
Board of Directors
The Board of Directors of our Company, comprises of 10 directors, of which 5 Directors are
independent Directors. Mr. Amrut S. Gada is our Chairman and Managing Director and is in-charge of
the overall management of our Company, subject to the supervision and control of the Board. He is

executives.
