In case <strong>of</strong> the Bids made pursuant to a power <strong>of</strong> attorney by FIIs, a certified copy <strong>of</strong> the power <strong>of</strong><br />

attorney or the relevant resolution or authority, as the case may be, along with a certified copy <strong>of</strong><br />

their SEBI registration certificate must be lodged along with the Bid-cum-Application Form. Failing<br />

this, our Company reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid in whole or in part, in either case,<br />

without assigning any reason there<strong>of</strong>.<br />

In case <strong>of</strong> Bids made by insurance companies registered with the Insurance Regulatory <strong>and</strong><br />

Development Authority, a certified copy <strong>of</strong> certificate <strong>of</strong> registration issued by Insurance Regulatory<br />

<strong>and</strong> Development Authority must be lodged along with the Bid-cum-Application Form. Failing this,<br />

our Company reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid in whole or in part, in either case,<br />

without assigning any reason therefore.<br />

In case <strong>of</strong> Bids made by provident funds with minimum corpus <strong>of</strong> Rs. 2500 Lacs <strong>and</strong> pension funds<br />

with minimum corpus <strong>of</strong> Rs. 2500 Lacs, a certified copy <strong>of</strong> certificate from a chartered accountant<br />

certifying the corpus <strong>of</strong> the provident fund/ pension fund must be lodged along with the Bid-cum-<br />

Application Form. Failing this, our Company reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid in whole or<br />

in part, in either case, without assigning any reason therefore.<br />

In case <strong>of</strong> Bids made by Mutual Funds registered with SEBI, Venture Capital fund registered with SEBI<br />

<strong>and</strong> Foreign Venture Capital Fund registered with SEBI, a certified copy <strong>of</strong> the SEBI registration<br />

certificate must be submitted with the Bid-cum-Application Form. Failing this, our Company reserves<br />

the right to accept or reject any Bid in whole or in part, in either case, without assigning any reason<br />

therefore.<br />

We, in our absolute discretion, reserve the right to relax the above condition <strong>of</strong> simultaneous<br />

lodging <strong>of</strong> the power <strong>of</strong> attorney along with the Bid-cum-Application form, subject to such terms<br />

that we may deem fit.<br />

Our Company in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to permit the holder <strong>of</strong> the power <strong>of</strong><br />

attorney to request the Registrar that for the purpose <strong>of</strong> printing particulars on the refund order <strong>and</strong><br />

mailing <strong>of</strong> the refund order / CANs/ Allocation Advice, the Demographic Details given on the Bidcum-Application<br />

Form should be used (<strong>and</strong> not those obtained from the depository <strong>of</strong> the Bidder). In<br />

such cases, the registrar shall use Demographic Details as given in the Bid-cum-Application Form<br />

instead <strong>of</strong> those obtained from depositories.<br />

Bids by Non-Residents, including Eligible NRIs <strong>and</strong> FIIs, on a repatriation basis<br />

NRI, FIIs <strong>and</strong> Foreign Venture Capital funds Bidders to comply with the following:<br />

a) Individual NRI Bidders can obtain the Bid-cum-Application Forms from our Corporate Office or<br />

from members <strong>of</strong> the Syndicate or the Registrar to the Issue.<br />

b) NRI Bidders may please note that only such Bids as are accompanied by payment in free<br />

foreign exchange through approved banking channels shall be considered for allotment.<br />

c) NRIs who intend to make payment through Non-Resident Ordinary (NRO) accounts shall use<br />

the Bid-cum-Application form meant for Resident Indians (white in colour).<br />
