the Bidders.<br />

Mode <strong>of</strong> making refunds<br />

The payment <strong>of</strong> refund, if any, would be done through various modes in the following order <strong>of</strong><br />

preference<br />

I. Direct Credit – For investors having their Bank Account with the Refund Bankers, the refund<br />

amount would be credited directly to their Bank Account with the Refund Banker.<br />

II. NEFT - Payment <strong>of</strong> refund shall be undertaken through NEFT wherever the applicants’ bank has<br />

been assigned the Indian Financial System Code (IFSC), which can be linked to a Magnetic Ink<br />

Character Recognition (MICR), if any, available to that particular bank branch. IFSC Code will be<br />

obtained from the website <strong>of</strong> RBI as on a date immediately prior to the date <strong>of</strong> payment <strong>of</strong> refund,<br />

duly mapped with MICR numbers. Wherever the applicants have registered their nine digit MICR<br />

number <strong>and</strong> their bank account number while opening <strong>and</strong> operating the demat account, the same<br />

will be duly mapped with the IFSC Code <strong>of</strong> that particular bank branch <strong>and</strong> the payment <strong>of</strong> refund<br />

will be made to the applicants through this method.<br />

III. RTGS – Applicants having a bank account at any <strong>of</strong> the below mentioned fifteen centres <strong>and</strong><br />

whose refund amount exceeds Rs. 10 Lacs, have the option to receive refund through RTGS. Such<br />

eligible applicants who indicate their preference to receive refund through RTGS are required to<br />

provide the IFSC code in the Bid-cum-application Form. In the event the same is not provided, refund<br />

shall be made through ECS. Charges, if any, levied by the applicant’s bank receiving the credit would<br />

be borne by the applicant.<br />

IV. ECS - Payment <strong>of</strong> refund would be done through ECS for applicants residing at one <strong>of</strong> the 15<br />

centres, namely Ahmedabad, Banglore, Bhubaneshwar, Kolkata, Ch<strong>and</strong>igarh, Chennai, Guwahati,<br />

Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kanpur, Mumbai, Nagpur, New Delhi, Patna <strong>and</strong> Thiruvananthapuram, where<br />

clearing houses for ECS are managed by Reserve Bank <strong>of</strong> India. This would be subject to availability<br />

<strong>of</strong> complete bank account details including MICR code from the Depository. The payment or refund<br />

through ECS is m<strong>and</strong>atory for applicants having a bank account at any <strong>of</strong> the 15 centers named<br />

hereinabove, except where the applicant is otherwise disclosed as eligible to receive refunds through<br />

direct credit, NEFT or RTGS, as the case may be.<br />

In case <strong>of</strong> all or any <strong>of</strong> the aforesaid modes <strong>of</strong> refund, charges, if any, levied by the Refund Bank(s)<br />

for the same would be borne by such applicant opting for RTGS as a mode <strong>of</strong> refund. Charges, if any,<br />

levied by the applicant’s bank receiving the credit would be borne by the applicant.<br />

For all the other applicants except for whom payment <strong>of</strong> refund is not possible through I, II, III <strong>and</strong><br />

IV, the refund orders would be dispatched “Under Certificate <strong>of</strong> Posting” for refund orders less than<br />

Rs. 1500 <strong>and</strong> through Speed Post/Registered Post for refund orders exceeding Rs. 1500. Such refunds<br />

will be made by cheques, pay orders or dem<strong>and</strong> drafts drawn on the Refund Banks <strong>and</strong> be payable at<br />

par at places where Bids are received. Bank charges, if any, for cashing such cheques, pay orders or<br />

dem<strong>and</strong> drafts at other centers will be payable by the Bidders.<br />

Interest in Case <strong>of</strong> Delay in Despatch <strong>of</strong> Refund Orders<br />

Our Company agrees that allotment <strong>of</strong> securities <strong>of</strong>fered to the public shall be made not later than<br />

15 days <strong>of</strong> the closure <strong>of</strong> public issue. We further agree that we shall pay interest @15% per annum if<br />

the refund orders have not been despatched to the applicants (or if, in a case where the refund or<br />

portion there<strong>of</strong> is made in electronic manner, the refund instructions have not been given to the<br />

clearing system in the disclosed manner) within 15 days from the date <strong>of</strong> the closure <strong>of</strong> the issue.<br />
