This being an initial public <strong>of</strong>fering <strong>of</strong> our Company, the Equity Shares <strong>of</strong> our Company are not listed<br />

on any stock exchange.<br />

Mechanism for redressal <strong>of</strong> Investor’s grievance<br />

The Memor<strong>and</strong>um <strong>of</strong> Underst<strong>and</strong>ing between the Registrar to this Issue <strong>and</strong> us, will provide for<br />

retention <strong>of</strong> records with the Registrar to this Issue for a period <strong>of</strong> at least one year from the last<br />

date <strong>of</strong> dispatch <strong>of</strong> letters <strong>of</strong> Allotment, demat credit, refund orders to enable the investors to<br />

approach the Registrar to this Issue for redressal <strong>of</strong> their grievances.<br />

All grievances relating to this Issue may be addressed to the Registrar to this Issue, giving full details<br />

such as name, address <strong>of</strong> the applicant, application number, number <strong>of</strong> shares applied for, amount<br />

paid on application, Depository Participant, <strong>and</strong> the bank branch or collection center where the<br />

application was submitted.<br />

We estimate that the average time required by us or the Registrar to this Issue for the redressal <strong>of</strong><br />

routine investor grievances shall be seven working days from the date <strong>of</strong> receipt <strong>of</strong> the complaint. In<br />

case <strong>of</strong> non routine complaints <strong>and</strong> complaints where external agencies are involved, we will seek to<br />

redress these complaints as expeditiously as possible.<br />

Our Company has appointed Mr. Ashwin S. Shetty as the Compliance Officer who would directly liaise<br />

with SEBI with respect to implementation/compliance <strong>of</strong> various laws, rules, regulations <strong>and</strong> other<br />

directives issued by SEBI <strong>and</strong> matters related to investor complaints. The investors may contact the<br />
