2. Prior period adjustments :
In the financial statements for the years ended 31st March 2003, 2004,2005,2006,2007 and for
the period from April 01, 2007 to September 30, 2007, certain items of expenses have been
identified as prior period items. For the purpose of the restated financial information, such
prior period items have been appropriately adjusted in respective years. Correspondingly, the
effect of Tax provisions also has been adjusted in the respective years.
3. Certain Liabilities written back :
In the financial statements for the years ended 31st March 2006and 2007, Liability created
during the year ended 31st March 2003 and 2004 was written back to income. For the purpose
of the restated financial information, the said liability has been appropriately adjusted.
Correspondingly, the effect of Tax provisions also has been adjusted in the respective years.
4. The effect of the above adjustments on the Profit of the Company is given below:
