NUTRICIÓN ENTERAL FRENTE A NUTRICIÓN PARENTERAL La paciente presentó una fístula cervical sin complicaciones sépticas bien canalizada por el drenaje que cerró espontáneamente el 16.° día del posoperatorio. Una vez sustituido el catéter de yeyunostomía, se reinició la nutrición enteral de forma progresiva y complementaria, a la vez que se disminuyó de forma inversa la nutrición parenteral total hasta suspenderla, y se mantuvo la nutrición enteral durante la noche y durante el día se administró dieta oral hasta el cierre de la fístula programada.
