El papel de Turquía como potencia regional en el Cáucaso y el mar Negro
tiempo más elaborada y sincera, confrontándose de manera más abierta
con la discusión sobre el genocidio de 1915.
Después de las revoluciones árabes, las prioridades y el foco de atención de
la política exterior turca se han movido hacia sur. En un entorno inseguro,
una política exterior basada en “cero problemas” e impulsada por el
comercio afrontará dificultades importantes. Turquía podría encontrarse
con un entorno menos seguro y con probables flujos de refugiados.
