El presente libro registra voces <strong>de</strong> los <strong>de</strong>stinatariosfinales <strong>de</strong> diferentes iniciativas <strong>de</strong> la agenda San LuisDigital. Para ello, entrevistamos personalmente <strong>de</strong>s<strong>de</strong>niños que cursan el primer grado <strong>de</strong> la escuela primariahasta ancianos octogenarios, en zonas urbanasy rurales, pasando <strong>de</strong>s<strong>de</strong> amas <strong>de</strong> casa hasta empleadospúblicos, <strong>de</strong>socupados. También nos reunimoscon estudiantes <strong>de</strong> los ciclos primario, secundario yuniversitario y sus padres, y los intermediarios <strong>de</strong> SLD:los docentes y los mentores <strong>de</strong> esta política en las escuelasy colegios, y en otros ámbitos extraescolarescomo los Centros <strong>de</strong> Inclusión Digital y los hospitales.En los siguientes capítulos el lector tomará contactocon esas voces que cuentan lo que hacen con las tecnologías<strong>de</strong> la información y la comunicación, cómoafectaron éstas a su vida, y observará los problemasy obstáculos que surgen en este proceso. We, therefore, personally interviewedfrom children who are in 1st gra<strong>de</strong> of primary school to 80years-old people in rural as well as urban areas, including housewives,public employees and unemployed people. We also gathered withstu<strong>de</strong>nts from primary and secondary schools and university stu<strong>de</strong>ntsas well as mediators from San Luis Digital: teachers and mentors ofthis policy in schools and colleges and in other extracurricular environmentssuch as the Digital Inclusion Centers and hospitals.In the following chapters the rea<strong>de</strong>r will get in contact with thesevoices that tell what they do with information and communicationtechnologies, how these affected their lives and they will observe theproblems and obstacles that arise during this process.
