Y mi jefe siempre me lo dice: ‘Por algote buscamos a vos...’”, afirma la mujer que recuerdaesta anécdota: cuando trabajaba en Piedra Bola organizóun viaje a la ciudad <strong>de</strong> San Luis para que loschicos tomaran por primera vez en su vida un helado.Ahora, <strong>de</strong>s<strong>de</strong> otro lugar, quiere replicar la experiencia.“Estamos programando un viaje a <strong>La</strong> Carolina, aInti Huasi, para que los alumnos busquen informaciónsobre esos lugares, saquen fotos y sigan aprendiendo...”,se ilusiona esta maestra que, como las otrasque conocimos en las entrevistas para este libro, nospermiten recuperar gran parte <strong>de</strong> la expectativa queponemos en la educación argentina.Potrero <strong>de</strong> los FunesEn uno <strong>de</strong> los lugares turísticos más conocidos <strong>de</strong> SanLuis, al noreste <strong>de</strong> la capital provincial, acaba <strong>de</strong> ponerseen marcha el CID <strong>de</strong> Potrero <strong>de</strong> los Funes. Se notaporque está recién pintadito, <strong>de</strong> blanco y ver<strong>de</strong> manzana,repitiendo el color que la <strong>ULP</strong> eligió para el isologo<strong>de</strong>l Wi-Fi gratis. Aquí también se puso en marchael programa, a cargo <strong>de</strong> Liliana Coria (42) una docenteque aceptó la propuesta “porque a esta edad es mejortrabajar con gente más gran<strong>de</strong>”, según nos cuenta.En este centro se nota parte <strong>de</strong> la estrategia montadasobre la Autopista <strong>de</strong> la Información. Hefinished primary school but he doesn’t have his diploma”, she clarifies.Fabián Pérez, her husband, began studying at this same Center. Heattends classes in the afternoon and learns with the same womanwho taught his own children. During the morning, he works in a kioskin <strong>La</strong> <strong>Punta</strong>.“I love teaching. And my boss always tells me: ‘That’s the reason whywe chose you…’”she affirms and remembers an anecdote: when sheworked in Piedra Bola, she organized a trip to the city of San Luis sothat children could have an ice cream for the first time in their lives.Now, being in a different place, she wants to replicate the experience:“We are planning a trip to <strong>La</strong> Carolina and Inti Huasi so that stu<strong>de</strong>ntscan look for information about those places, take pictures and keeplearning…” she happily states; this teacher, as the others we interviewedfor the book, let us regain some of the expectations we placeon Argentinean education.Potrero <strong>de</strong> los FunesA Digital Inclusion Center has just opened its doors in one of the bestknown tourist attraction in San Luis, located northeast of the capitalcity.
