В <strong>с</strong>татье пред<strong>с</strong>тавлены результаты и<strong>с</strong><strong>с</strong>ледований влияния дефицита витамина D на течение беременно<strong>с</strong>ти и перинатальные<br />

и<strong>с</strong>ходы, обобщенных в <strong>с</strong>и<strong>с</strong>тематиче<strong>с</strong>ких обзорах и метаанализах баз данных PubMed и Scopus. Опи<strong>с</strong>аны <strong>с</strong>об<strong>с</strong>твенные данные<br />

определения и применения оптимальных доз витамина D для профилактики преэкламп<strong>с</strong>ии у женщин группы вы<strong>с</strong>окого ри<strong>с</strong>ка в различные<br />

<strong>с</strong>роки беременно<strong>с</strong>ти.<br />

Provision with vitamin D<br />

and correction of its deficit during pregnancy<br />

The article presents the results of research of the vitamin D influence on pregnancy and perinatal outcomes, which had been reviewed and<br />

summarized in meta-analyses of PubMed and Scopus databases. The authors’ own data are described, which are related to determining and<br />

implementing the optimal doses of vitamin D for preeclampsia prevention in women of the high risk group at different stages of pregnancy.<br />

Key words: vitamin D deficit, perinatal outcomes, pregnancy complications, preeclampsia.<br />
