6. Bestimmungen für den Transport
und die Leergutlagerung
6.1 Ausstellungsspediteure
Die folgenden Firmen sind als Ausstellungsspediteure
für die angegebenen Hallen zuständig:
Die Ausstellungsspediteure sind allein berechtigt,
den kompletten Materialtransport zu und von den
Ständen mit maschinellen Hilfsmitteln, wie Gabelstaplern
und Krananlagen, durchzuführen. Sie sind
ferner für die Lagerung von Leergut auf dem Ausstellungsgelände
zuständig. (siehe Seite 53 Technische
Richtlinien)
Der Aussteller kann jedoch einen Ausstellungsspediteur
seiner Wahl mit der Abwicklung von Speditionsaufgaben
beauftragen.
Grundlage für die Tätigkeit der Ausstellungsspediteure
sind die „Allgemeinen Deutschen Spediteurbedingungen
(ADSp.)“, in der jeweils gültigen Fassung.
Diese liegen in den Büros der Ausstellungsspediteure
aus.

The official exhibition forwarders are exclusively
authorized to carry out the entire material transport
to and from the stands by using motorizing auxiliary
equipment such as forklifts and crane equipment.
They are also in charge of the storage of empties on
the fairgrounds. (see p 53 Technical Regulations)
Yet, the exhibitor may appoint an exhibition forwarder
at his choice for conducting forwarding operations.
Exhibition forwarders’ operations are based on
the actually applicable terms and conditions of
the German forwarders association (Allgemeine
Deutsche Spediteurbedingungen – ADSp.). These
provisions are available at the offices of the exhibition
forwarders.
