Alle für die Ausstellung bestimmten Sendungen
sind „frei Ankunft Messe“ zu versenden, sie sind an
den jeweils beauftragten Ausstellungsspediteur zu
adressieren.
Frachtbriefe und Kollobeschriftungen müssen,
unabhängig von der Versendungsart, wie folgt ausgestellt
werden:

Aufklebezettel werden auf Anforderung von den
Ausstellungsspediteuren zugesandt. Der zuständige
Spediteur kann die ab Beginn des Aufbaus eintreffenden
Sendungen auf dem im Frachtbrief angegebenen
Stand absetzen. Sendungen, die vor Beginn
des Aufbaus eintreffen, oder Sendungen, die ab Aufbaubeginn
nicht unmittelbar zum Stand geliefert
werden können, werden vom zuständigen Ausstellungsspediteur
für Rechnung und Gefahr des Versenders
im Speditionslager aufbewahrt.
6.3 Zollabfertigung
Für die Eingangszollabfertigung sind dem Ausstellungsspediteur
folgende Unterlagen zur Verfügung
zu stellen:
– Proforma-Rechnung dreifach (Deutsch oder
Englisch) mit genauer Bezeichnung der Waren,
Stückzahlen, Einzel- und Gesamtwerte,
– Packliste dreifach mit Angabe des Inhalts und
des Gewichts für jedes Packstück,
– Zolldokumente nach den einschlägigen Vorschriften.
Vorübergehend eingeführte Sendungen unterliegen
bis zum Ende der Ausstellung der Zollkontrolle. Der
Aussteller verpflichtet sich, sofort nach Beendigung
der Ausstellung diese Sendungen vollständig dem
Spediteur zur Verfügung zu stellen. Bei Nichtgestellung
haftet der Aussteller für anfallende Zölle, Steuern
und Zollstrafen. Sofern Teil- oder Komplettsendungen
nicht oder nicht sofort wieder ausgeführt
werden, muss dies dem Spediteur angezeigt werden,
bevor Ware an einen Dritten übergeben wird.
Die Öffnungszeiten der Abfertigungsstelle Messe
des Hauptzollamts Frankfurt/Main zur 61. IAA sind:
Montag bis Donnerstag 7.00 bis 15.30 Uhr
Freitag 7.00 bis 14.00 Uhr
Sonntag 9.00 bis 13.00 Uhr
6.4 Rechnungen für Spediteurleistungen
Die Rechnungen für Spediteurleistungen (z. B,
Transport, Kraneinsatz, Leergutlagerung, Containeraufstellung,
-vermietung) sind sofort nach Vorlage zu
begleichen. Im Falle des Verzuges besteht für die
Ausstellungsspediteure Anspruch auf die ortsüb-
6.2 Shipping regulations
All shipments to the exhibition must be shipped “frei
Ankunft Messe” (free of arrival at exhibition). They
must be addressed to the individual exhibition
forwarder in charge.
Independent of the type of shipping, bill of loading
and parcel markings shall be addressed to as
follows:

The exhibition forwarders will mail out adhesive
address labels upon request. The forwarder will
then be able to deliver shipments at the stand
indicated on the bill of loading, when they arrive as of
the beginning of the stand construction period.
Shipments arriving before the stand construction
period, or shipments that for whatever reason
cannot be delivered immediately to the stand as of
the beginning of the stand construction period will
be taken into the storage of the exhibition forwarder
in charge at the expense and risk of the sender.
6.3 Customs clearance
The following documentation must be made
available to the exhibition forwarder for customs
receiving inspection and clearance:
– Pro-forma bills in triplicate (German or English)
including precise designation of goods, number of
items, individual and total values.
– Packing lists in triplicate including list of contents
and weight of each individual package.
– Customs declaration documents according to the
applicable regulations.
Temporarily imported shipments remain subject to
customs clearance inspection until the end of the
exhibition. The exhibitor undertakes to make these
entire shipments delivered available to the
forwarding agent immediately upon termination of
the exhibition. In those cases, where they are not
re-submitted, the exhibitor shall be liable for
customs fees, taxes and customs penalties. As far
as partial or entire shipments will not be re-exported
immediately, the forwarder must be notified accordingly,
before goods are handed over to a third party.

6.4 Billing of forwarders’ services
The bills for forwarders’ services (e.g. transport,
use of cranes, storage of empties, setting up of
containers, container rentals) must be paid
