Die Messevermittlung befindet sich während der Ausstellung<br />
<strong>und</strong> der Auf- <strong>und</strong> Abbauzeit in der Halle 1,<br />
Erdgeschoss, Eingang City.<br />
8.2 Ausstellerbusse<br />
Für Busse, mit denen die Aussteller ihre Mitarbeiter<br />
täglich zum <strong>und</strong> vom Ausstellungsgelände befördern<br />
(Ausstellerbusse), werden während der Dauer der<br />
Ausstellung sowie an den Pressetagen Haltestellen<br />
ohne Parkmöglichkeit eingerichtet.<br />
Berechtigungsscheine zur Kennzeichnung der Ausstellerbusse<br />
können formlos vom Veranstalter angefordert<br />

8.3 Büro- <strong>und</strong> Nebenräume<br />
Auf dem Ausstellungsgelände stehen in begrenztem<br />
Umfang Büro- <strong>und</strong> Nebenräume zur Verfügung, die<br />
von den Ausstellern zusätzlich zur Standfläche während<br />
der gesamten Ausstellungsdauer belegt werden<br />
können.<br />
Der Antrag auf Zuteilung solcher Räume ist formlos<br />
beim Veranstalter zu stellen. In diesem Fall werden<br />
zwischen Aussteller <strong>und</strong> Veranstalter besondere<br />
Mietverträge geschlossen.<br />
Für Büro- <strong>und</strong> Nebenräume gilt sinngemäß Ziffer (31)<br />
der Ausstellungsbedingungen. Danach ist der Aussteller<br />
nicht berechtigt, den ihm zugeteilten Stand<br />
ganz oder teilweise, entgeltlich oder unentgeltlich<br />
einem Dritten zu überlassen oder ihn mit einem<br />
anderen Aussteller zu tauschen.<br />

8.4 Konferenzräume<br />
Benötigt ein Aussteller für besondere Veranstaltungen<br />

diese bei der Messe Frankfurt bestellt werden.<br />
Die entsprechenden Verträge werden mit Zustimmung<br />
des Veranstalters unmittelbar zwischen Aus-<br />

The employment office is located in hall 1, gro<strong>und</strong><br />
floor, City entrance, during the exhibition and during<br />
the construction and dismantling period.<br />
8.2 Exhibitors buses<br />
For the duration of the exhibition as well as on press<br />
days stopping spaces without parking possibility are<br />
provided for buses, which are used by exhibitors to<br />
transport their employees daily to and from the fairgro<strong>und</strong>s<br />
(exhibitors buses).<br />
Permits for the marking of exhibitors buses can be<br />

8.3 Offices and secondary rooms<br />
A limited number of offices and secondary rooms<br />
are available, which can be occupied by exhibitors<br />
during the entire period of the exhibition in addition<br />
to their stand area.<br />
The request for allocation of such rooms should be<br />
submitted informally to the organiser. In this case,<br />
a special rental agreement shall be concluded<br />
between the exhibitor and the organiser.<br />
For offices and secondary rooms Par. (31) of the<br />
exhibition conditions applies accordingly. Following<br />
these provisions, the exhibitor does not have the<br />
right to rent out in total or in parts the stand allocated<br />
to him, for money or free of charge to any third party,<br />
or to switch stands with another exhibitor.<br />
