Ich will in die Bausubstanz des Messegeländes
eingreifen – was ist möglich?
Hallenteile und technische Einrichtungen dürfen nicht zur
Befestigung von Standbauten und Exponaten genutzt werden,
sie dürfen auch nicht beklebt oder angestrichen werden.
Wünschen Sie, dass vorhandene Verkleidungen von Hallenstützen
entfernt, eingelagert und nach der Abbauzeit
wieder eingebaut werden, so muss dies formlos bei der
Messe Frankfurt in Auftrag gegeben werden. Pro Hallenstützenverkleidung
werden für den kompletten Vorgang 1.315,–
€ in Rechnung gestellt.
Bitte wenden Sie sich dazu an den für Ihre Halle zuständigen
technischen Referenten der Messe Frankfurt.
Bohrungen im Hallenboden und das vollflächige Verkleben
von Teppichboden oder anderen Bodenbelägen auf
dem Hallenboden sind nicht gestattet.
Ist im Freigelände der Eingriff in den Geländeboden notwendig,
so ist dafür die Genehmigung der Messe Frankfurt
erforderlich.
Grundsätzlich sind Eingriffe in den Geländeboden aber zu
vermeiden und die Standfestigkeit z.B. mit Hilfe von Schwerlastpodesten
umzusetzen.

Aufbaubeginn – Übernahme der Standfläche
Der Aussteller ist verpflichtet, sich vor Ort über die Details
seines Standes (Lage, Maße und Einbauten) zu informieren.
Die gemietete Standfläche wird voraussichtlich im August
vom Veranstalter mit grüner Farbe gekennzeichnet. Vor
Beginn des Aufbaues ist vom Aussteller zu überprüfen, ob
das Aufmaß mit den Abmessungen in der Standbestätigung
übereinstimmt. Werden Abweichungen festgestellt, wenden
Sie sich bitte an die Ausstellungsleitung.
Möchten Sie sich die Übernahme schriftlich bestätigen
lassen, wenden Sie sich bitte an das Ausstellungsbüro des
Veranstalter auf dem Messegelände Halle 4.C.
Befinden sich mehrere Ausstellungsstände in einer Reihe, so
sollte zum Ausgleich von Standbautoleranzen beim Aufbau
ein Abstand von 5 cm zwischen der Mitte der Markierung
und der tatsächlichen Standbegrenzung vorgesehen
werden.
Abbauende – wie hinterlasse ich meinen
Standplatz?
Die Ausstellungsfläche ist vom Aussteller in sauberem
Zustand spätestens bis zum Abbauende zurückzugeben.
Klebereste, Farbreste u. a. müssen rückstandsfrei entfernt
sein.
Wurde die Ausstellungsfläche nicht ordnungsgemäß hinterlassen,
wird die Messe Frankfurt im Auftrag des Veranstalters
die Reinigung und Wiederherstellung zu Lasten des
Ausstellers vornehmen lassen. Bitte beachten Sie, dass die

Hall elements and technical equipment may not be used for
the attachment of stand structures and exhibits. Nor may
they be painted or have materials stuck to them.
If you wish existing hall pillar claddings to be removed,
stored and refitted after dismantling of the stand, please
contact Messe Frankfurt (no specific form available) to
arrange this. A fee of € 1,315.– per hall pillar cladding will be
charged for the complete process.
Please contact Messe Frankfurt’s technical representative
responsible for your hall in this regard.
Drilling into the hall floor and the application of
adhesive all over the hall floor to bond carpet or other
floor coverings are not permitted.
If it is necessary to drill into the ground on the open-air
hardstanding, the approval of Messe Frankfurt is required.
Drilling into the open-air hardstanding should in principle be
avoided; instead, stability should be ensured by, for example,
the use of heavy-duty bases.

Start of construction – handover of stand area
The exhibitor is required to check the details of his stand
(position, dimensions and fittings) on site.
The rented stand area will be marked in green by the organiser;
this is scheduled for August. Before starting to build the
stand, the exhibitor must check whether the marked dimensions
match the dimensions specified in the stand confirmation.
In the event of any discrepancies, please contact the
organiser’s exhibition office in Hall 4.C on the exhibition
grounds.
If you require written confirmation of the handover,
please contact the organiser’s exhibition office in Hall 4.C on
the exhibition grounds.
If there are a number of exhibition stands in a row, a gap of
5 cm should be left between the centre of the marking and
the actual stand border to allow for stand construction
tolerances when building.
Dismantling is complete – how do I leave my
stand site?
The stand area must be handed back in a clean condition
by the exhibitor at the latest at the end of the dismantling
period. All residues of adhesives, paints etc. must be completely
removed.
If the stand area is not left in a proper condition, Messe
Frankfurt will have it cleaned and restored to the proper condition
on behalf of the organiser to the charge of the exhibitor.
